Everything on the menu (mainly sandwiches and pinsa) can be made gluten-free. The sandwich is practically identical to the gluten-filled one, while the pinsa is more like a pizza base. Everything is good, and the staff is very courteous, attentive, and helpful.

Great paninis!! Both the ingredients and the bread are soft and tasty! Good pinsa. The menu might be a bit limited with only 9 paninis and 5 pinsas. It's a shame you can't modify the choices, neither add nor remove ingredients unless it's for allergies/intolerances (that’s why I give it 4 stars). The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is nice, situated right at the edge of the beach, allowing for spectacular sunset views. Recommended even if you have small children, as the nearby beach lets them play while you keep an eye on them from your table.
