the best gluten-free pizza ever! Excellent dough, very light and tasty. I recommend calling ahead to reserve a gluten-free dough. The ingredients are of excellent quality and the service is fast. Safety is a priority; they are very careful to avoid contamination, using different plates for gluten-free pizzas.

It is inconceivable that a place like this has gluten-free pizzas on the menu and when I order I am told that I need to reserve the day before... So if you have allergens and want to eat gluten-free pizza, either make a reservation in advance or change places!!! Dear customers like me.. What a disappointment.... To the owner, don’t mislead customers by putting gluten-free pizza on the menu and then say it’s not available... Avoid pulling a bait-and-switch.... Try to have more professionalism; it reflects on the establishment.....

A thousand percent satisfied, when quality meets taste, one can only appreciate the delicacy of a gluten-free pizza, and despite being light, I could have eaten another. Compliments for everything. I was with my cousins a few weeks ago. I must say it’s a very nice place, and the service was excellent. Being intolerant, I had the gluten-free pizza, and it was really good, but the other pizzas also looked exquisite. I will definitely come back.

Starting with the service, courtesy, and no wait for the service, particularly attentive regarding gluten-free options. Being celiac, for an appetizer I had excellent crispy-skinned fries and exceptional pizza! Revamped Ortolana: perfect cooking, airy dough, and fresh, delicate topping. The traditional gluten dough was also excellent! Highly recommended!
