Excellent grill house with two large grills with charcoal, featuring its own butcher shop, good meats served hot from the grill, excellent cold cuts, good wine list. Located in the countryside in the Borgo Hermada area, service is friendly but a bit slow, especially on weekends; I recommend booking at the beginning of the week to reduce waiting times. I am happy to return, it is located near Terracina but further away, reachable by car. They also have a good local Merlot wine supplied by the Sant’ Andrea winery, as well as a wide selection of bottles. I recommend booking tables away from the grills to stay cooler. Good grill house.
