To be a place recognized AIC 2025, it leaves much to be desired. Besides the fact that they had run out of yolk for the appetizers (two appetizers without yolk) and the porcini mushrooms were also finished, I had been told that all the first courses were gluten-free, I chose the tagliatelle with white ragù and received a plate of gnocchi. And the price certainly did not match what we ate.

to eat you eat, very little choice if a restaurant must become AFC just for tourism this is the right case heated schar sandwich in the microwave adapted dishes removing bread or focaccia packaged pasta with choice between tagliatelle or gnocchi I personally had an appetizer and the bruschetta was bitter expensive price I believe that in Gubbio there are much more dedicated alternatives to celiac disease for passion not for tourism

Typical Umbrian food, with options for gluten-free bread and pasta; I highly recommend the umbricelli and the tiramisu! The restaurant has AICS certification since 2024, very kind and helpful staff, located in the center of Gubbio.
