As with the other gluten-free pizzeria in Borgo Valsugana, the problem is the lack of separate ovens, which cannot guarantee complete absence of contamination, despite the use of trays. As a celiac, I don't feel safe and I preferred to give up pizza.

Inedible pizza, too much sauce and nonexistent toppings, the dough was too floury and broke when folded. We left it unfinished, and in the evening I had trouble digesting it. (Last Sunday you were open!! And on the menu, there was no information regarding intolerances; for this reason, I had to manage by adding ingredients I could eat. If you have lactose-free mozzarella, please indicate it!!)

There is a wide variety of pizza choices, from the most classic to the most unique. Additionally, they occasionally offer a pizza of the month, which always features ingredient combinations that go well together. Honest prices. It was surprising for me the first time I went there that, even for takeout, you buy by the slice rather than a whole pizza, so you don’t know how much to order to avoid being hungry or having leftovers. They also make gluten-free pizzas, which my celiac partner appreciates a lot.
