I ordered some takeaway pizzas, one of which was gluten-free specifying that it was for a celiac (they have a separate electric oven). They baked them while I was already in the place, and I saw the gluten-free pizza coming out of the regular oven along with the others (albeit on an aluminum base), with "flying" flour from the other pizzas and from the peels. I was told that if I wanted it cooked in the separate oven, I should have specified it at the time of ordering, and that at 400 degrees "you can trust" gluten "is annihilated." At this point, I asked if the tomato used for seasoning was taken from a container with a separate ladle compared to those used for the regular pizzas (because obviously the ladle, when distributing the sauce, comes into contact with the pizza base) but they were evasive and annoyed. Unfortunately, this pizzeria is not suitable for celiacs (okay for gluten intolerant people).

If I have to be honest, I didn't like the gluten-free pizza at all. I much prefer the frozen one.

great restaurant for typical Italian cuisine. both gluten-free pasta and pizza are available, made from a ready base and topped at the moment.

Dinner for 6 people and we all had a great time, including one person who ate gluten-free. Generous portions for the first courses, excellent pizza, and a wide selection of desserts, some made in-house. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. A true discovery, I will definitely return.

Not recommended for celiacs and/or those with intolerance. Table of several people, two celiacs, both felt unwell after dinner, despite the wait staff telling us and assuring us (after asking multiple times) that there was no contamination (also for the pizzas and other dishes that could be made gluten-free). I find it very unfair to risk making intolerant people feel unwell: 2 people at a table is not a coincidence.
