The restaurant offers to prepare some dishes in a gluten-free version, but the staff explicitly states that safety from contamination is not guaranteed. The pizza is prepared in the same oven as the gluten-containing one...

I start with the strengths: the service is definitely courteous. A small mistake but absolutely forgivable. Unfortunately, everything else doesn’t work for me. I know the place because I live nearby, I decided to go there out of courtesy for a celiac person, only to find out that they basically cannot guarantee absolute decontamination. The cookie pizza was not to my liking, also considering the disproportionate price. This issue also affects other dishes, which can be found nearby, more or as well taken care of but at least at reasonable prices. The environment wants to be smart, but the result is bland and at times hospital-like. Considering it’s a chain, it seems to me that the whole concept needs to be rethought. What a shame.
