Exceptional restaurant, excellent food. Professional yet friendly staff who make you feel at home. The fillet with truffle was spectacular. Additionally, the entire menu can be requested gluten-free, which is very important since my girlfriend is celiac. Prices are more than adequate for the quality and service.

Welcoming wine bar with a good cooking philosophy. A lot of attention to detail: entree with aperitif, very good sandwiches and breadsticks made by the chef (including gluten-free breadsticks with black salt), pre-dessert, choice of 4 types of salt for seasoning, choice of 4 types of sugar for coffee... The menu offers unique options for meat and fish, all well balanced. The sea bass heart with berries and mango was exceptional, with a unique delicacy and impeccable cooking. The portions are not abundant, but certainly sufficient. The prices justify the elaboration of the dish and the raw materials. It could be very interesting to try the tasting menu, which at 85€ seems very well spent. Upon request, the chef can modify any dish to be gluten-free, which is a great luxury not to have to give up anything. For dessert, I had the pistachio namelaka with a coconut center and yogurt mousse: definitely an unorthodox dessert with very unique textures. Compared to the other desserts I saw passing by, it seemed significantly more generous. For wine, the local selection is a guarantee. A first course, a second course, a glass of wine and water, 2 desserts for 92€. I recommend the place for couples or at most 4 people.

5 stars + YOU HAVE TO TRY IT. What can I say? Everything was perfect. We started with a goat cheese foam appetizer with dehydrated olives and amaretto, accompanied by a flute of "aperifresco," a cocktail they created with prosecco, red Carmignano, and spices, which was very good. Following that, we had a terrine of liver with marbled lard and smoked tartare, both excellent and well presented. We shared a portion of linguine with pistachio pesto, burrata, and a very flavorful and delicate shrimp tartare, despite the selected main dishes being meat-based. Then we moved on to the main courses, which was a tough choice. We chose the beef tataki with pecorino cream and pistachios, which was very good but nothing compared to the pork belly that was simply SENSATIONAL. To finish, we had a pre-dessert made of homemade lemon and ginger gelatins, followed by a deconstructed cheesecake. They were very knowledgeable about gluten-free options for someone like me who is celiac. The owner explained the dishes I could and couldn’t eat and adapted some dishes, like the dessert, to be gluten-free so I could taste it. The price is in line with the quality, evident right from the homemade grissini that were already on the table and the 4 buns that accompanied every dish, which my companion greatly appreciated. It’s exactly the kind of refined cuisine done well, because it’s gourmet in terms of flavor combinations. We will return to try the slow-cooked tongue and the rabbit. The menu changes with the seasons.
