beautiful restaurant with a very refined menu. excellent value for money. very kind staff, attentive to all needs. upon request, all first courses can be modified with gluten-free pasta, and all appetizers and second courses can also be modified (except for fried food because the kitchen is small and they cannot guarantee that). they also bring gluten-free bread to the table (rare for a place in Viareggio!). thank you for the wonderful experience :)

After 7 years since its opening, I finally managed to have dinner in this wonderful place. Remarkable environment, the care in the furniture pieces and the attention to detail make Pívot Bistrot Mare a unique and special place. The service is invaluable. The care in the presentation of the dishes by Stefano (the owner) and their explanation, the storytelling of the products... already immerse you in the taste and uniqueness of the proposed dishes. Excellent menu, rich in daily specials, traditional offerings, and more contemporary options. Everything still has a modern touch and the presentation, from the colors used, deserves 10 points. The service is impeccable. The care and attention of the staff is maximum even on a slightly chaotic evening but that’s to be expected. All the chosen dishes were very good. Highly recommended to start with the tasting appetizer. That cod cream was superb. The open kitchen is stunning. Watching the plates being composed is the most beautiful part. In short, 7 years waited but everything was rewarded with a unique bistro. Menu ***** Service ***** Environment ***** P.S. Recommended for families, couples, and for intolerances. Notable attention to the possibility of varying dishes according to tastes and potential intolerances. The raw fish is by order. This shows the care for the customer.
