I preface that I called this restaurant two weeks in advance because it was the holiday season, specifying that I had a celiac person with us. On the booking day, I called to say we were running late, and they answered me, "Yes, the table with the celiac," so they were well informed about our table's special requirement. We were welcomed boasting about how attentive they are to everyone's needs, but at the time of ordering, there was no bread for celiacs. Oh well! At 9:00 PM, the appetizers arrived, and at the same time, they turned off the heaters in the room (an outdoor area because they seated us there), and we were freezing! But the main problem was that from 9:00 to 11:00 PM we didn’t eat anymore, and none of the waiters seemed to notice that a table of 10 people wasn't eating, especially since there was a child with us. We pointed out the service issue to the person at the cash register, but aside from a joke, he didn't seem concerned at all. So we began to urge the waiters, and with some annoyance, the dishes arrived for everyone except for one person who had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I find it unacceptable to have such a service failure for dishes that were average, nothing exceptional. I find it absurd that no waiter cared and they just watched us. I find it absurd that the order of an entire table was lost. I find it absurd to seat customers in the covered outdoor room in winter and then turn off the heaters. But I find it absurd to brag because they provide impeccable service for everyone, especially since they have specific issues and forgot to order the essentials. To be fair, the waiter, who I think is part of the ownership, gave us a discount to apologize, but the person at the cash register was terrible, showing no concern or remorse for the inconvenience. Absolutely not recommended!

Typical Umbrian food that is very good. Besides some second courses and appetizers that are made gluten-free, they also have gluten-free pasta that can be prepared with all available sauces. I managed to have some delicious gluten-free tagliatelle with truffle.
