Everything is good, nothing to say, excellent sandwiches... but I don't understand why you have to keep the sandwiches always covered on the floor... I mean, is it that difficult to keep them on a shelf? I hope and wish that you take care of this because it's unpleasant to see, thank you.

I have never been so calm while eating; I am celiac and have various allergies, but I was served with excellence! Everyone was extremely polite and the availability was exceptional. The food was of excellent quality and it was the first time I had so many options to eat almost everything!

On a day with such high demand, like Santa Lucia in Palermo, I tried their gluten-free and lactose-free arancina and I must say it is truly exquisite, crunchy and not greasy at all. I made a takeout order and the service was quick and professional; I highly recommend it.

Burger pizza for me is a guarantee of goodness and safety, considering that I am celiac and lactose intolerant. I have always found everything delicious, well made, and totally safe, not to mention the kindness and courtesy. The pizzas, hamburgers, appetizers, main courses, and desserts are all excellent; in short, there is nothing I have tried that I didn't like. For a while, there has also been a children's menu in happy meal style. Since September, they are also open for lunch, and the menu, at €10, includes fries, a first course of your choice from what’s proposed, and a drink; on Sundays it’s €13 including dessert. What can I say? Absolutely worth trying (and returning)!

Before they changed the area, my friends and I had decided to book with them and they forgot not only the table but after an hour and a half of waiting, we got up. Given the new opening and the positive reviews, I wanted to try again. My parents and I ordered a starter to share, a platter for two, and a hamburger. Overall, the food was very good, but they had clearly forgotten about my burger, as the person who ordered the platter was practically finishing their meal while I had nothing. I can't say the cause was the large crowd since there weren't many of us, especially at that hour. In conclusion, I can say the food is good, the floor staff is very courteous and quick. What needs improvement is the kitchen service and the communication between the floor and the kitchen. A little more attention for the menus, as they were a bit dirty between the pages, and there's always a risk of gluten contamination. I hope that the next time I come back (because the food is good), there will be improvements in this regard.

The sandwiches are a jaw-dropper both for their goodness and their size... even the pizzas don't "joke" around 😋. A menu that satisfies everyone and unbeatable value for money... Gluten-free versions of the dishes on the menu are available. Highly recommended.

Delicious pizza, tried in all varieties and types, even the peri-burger... I still have to discover the sandwiches I saw being prepared, and just by looking at them, my salivation increases... The staff is very friendly and attentive to every request... Excellent service even for gluten-free...

We ate very well considering we were a table of 10 people, starting from the appetizers (chips, nuggets, panelle, arancinette, cipster) to the fabulous sandwiches with fresh porchetta. The pizza and burgers were excellent! The dessert was amazing. Everything is available both regular and gluten-free. The service was also very efficient. We will definitely be back soon ❤️

I came here because I had read good reviews about the gluten-free options, and I can only confirm and say that the hamburger was really delicious! I will definitely come back, especially because the entire menu is available for those who eat gluten-free. The staff, by the way, were really courteous.
