I asked if there was a possibility to eat gluten-free and I was told yes. They made us sit down and after half an hour they came to take our order. Shortly after, they came to tell me that they had run out of bread, so I opted for a plate of panelle and croquettes. About 5 minutes later, they corrected themselves saying that they couldn't even do that, so I left.

I went to eat the spleen sandwich, and they told me they could only give me the bread to avoid contamination, so it's better not to say they make the spleen sandwich.

Getting to indulge in a Pani ca' meusa in the heart of Palermo is really top-notch!! It's often difficult to find a place to grab something quickly, this can be an excellent choice for those who appreciate street food: I recommend it!!
