Informed about the tolerances, it should be specified that you are celiac. Excellent dishes.

For years, I used to eat at this restaurant, conveniently located off the highway. Unfortunately, it changed management and has profoundly changed for the worse. Instead of a small, cozy room with tablecloths and classy service, we were seated in a new environment created from a previous open space. Concrete floor, plastic chairs, crowded tables. The service is positively marked by the goodwill of the staff, all young and still with much to learn. However, the worst part is the food. The dishes listed on the menu are the same as before, but the quality has collapsed. The mushroom tagliatelle was tough and mostly tasted of glutamate. The game ragout with the pappardelle consisted of tiny fragments and also seemed seasoned with glutamate. The chantilly cream was more hard than whipped and lacked flavor. In short, it was a bitter disappointment. What a shame!

Very popular local restaurant at lunchtime -- come early or make a reservation. Not many vegetarian dishes, but good gluten-free bread available upon request (actual homemade bread, not from a package), and also gluten-free pasta available.
