The dishes were very good, although the small portions allowed me to taste everything and end the meal without overdoing it. The downside was the gluten intolerance, for which they were not at all prepared. There was little attention regarding contamination: they served me the ice cream with the cookie like they do for everyone else. The bread was warmed in its little bag (not exactly fantastic) and for breakfast, only in the last two days did they prepare a small Margherita cake for me; otherwise, it was always packaged bread or Nutella tart.... Very limited choice. The dish selection was marked with X next to those I couldn't eat. The ones I could often lacked ingredients (like gazpacho with melon and breadsticks; they only served me plain gazpacho with nothing....) In short, I found definitely better-equipped hotels in the area.
