Nothing to say about the quality of the food... the service, however, in my experience, is unmentionable. I went to Noemi one day for lunch with the desire to eat a good traditional salama da sugo. The dish proposed by the menu consists of a ragù of salama at the center of one side of mashed potatoes, but being lactose intolerant, I kindly asked to be served just the meat. The waitress practically laughed in my face, claiming that this is a traditional dish and it absolutely cannot be served any other way. I know the tradition very well, but if a customer requests a variation due to intolerance, which simply consists of not adding mashed potatoes—this doesn’t require extra work—it is only right in my view to guarantee it. I was very disappointed.
