Setting aside the owner's lack of courtesy, I happened to have a vegan ice cream here, chosen not because it's vegan but because I am lactose intolerant. I was told that the indicated vegan flavor was sold out but that they had another flavor available at the back of the ice cream shop. I stressed that I was taking it because I am lactose intolerant and not for the vegan aspect itself, and I was met with an air of superiority... Anyway... they went to the back and returned with the vegan ice cream... with the final result that I felt unwell (really unwell!) all afternoon (and until then I was fine and hadn't eaten anything else). I thought this had only happened to me (could it happen? Did they make a mistake?), but then I read another review that basically mirrors my case, so I deduce that mine was not an isolated incident... better to be very careful!

Delicious gelato and, for those with celiac disease like my daughter, with no risk of contamination since everything produced is gluten-free. Francesca's kindness adds value to the service offered: a girl who is always smiling and very efficient. The only problem... my daughters want to go there twice a day. Jokes aside, highly recommended!
