From the menu, there are options with gluten and completely gluten-free. Despite being there on a holiday with a lot of crowds everywhere, the service was quick. The dishes were good, but the portions were not abundant. Prices were reasonable.

A nice place with outdoor tables in the beautiful season, in the small square. Perhaps the vast area outside somewhat penalizes the service, which is sometimes confused, while maintaining very courteous staff. The menu is varied and dedicated. Having tried it multiple times, I feel I can say that I found the quality of the food and the service to be quite fluctuating. Reservation is essential.

Very nice restaurant, with traditional Piedmontese dishes. Located close to the center, certified AIC offers a gluten-free menu. I highly recommend the agnolotti del plin, exceptional! A mix of excellent traditional Piedmontese desserts! What can I say, I will definitely return.

As a gluten sensitive person, I was really curious about trying out Panperfocaccia during my daytrip to Torino. Me and my friend L stopped here for lunch and, even if I would've really wanted to try their pizza, in the end I opted for their pumpkin risotto with (very delicate) gorgonzola cheese and chestnuts. I must say not the most original risotto yet the chestnuts really gave a unique aftertaste to some mouthful. I was quite satisfied, but it was a bit heavy on the stomach and took me some time to digest it lol I would go back again to try their pizza!

In the center, a stone's throw from Piazza San Carlo, a good restaurant certified by AIC. We made a reservation for lunch, and the place filled up quickly. Good food and fast service. Almost the entire menu is gluten-free. Recommended.

I am celiac and I really appreciated the attention that this restaurant gives to the needs of those who absolutely must avoid gluten. They have separate kitchens, so you can feel safe about contamination. I tried the pizza and it was very good! All the desserts are gluten-free and there are various choices even among first and second courses. There are also vegan options. A bit of a wait since it was Saturday night, but highly recommended!!

Nice location, especially in summer or spring as there are many outdoor tables. The quality of the food needs to be improved, though. Both the appetizer and the main course were a disappointment for me. Poor quality and high prices.

Great restaurant for celiacs. My daughter discovered an intolerance to gluten and lactose and needing to eat gluten-free and lactose-free for a few months, I was looking for a place that pays special attention to those suffering from these issues. At the same time, I didn't want to give up on taste and flavors while having to refrain from traditional gluten dishes. Here we found the perfect mix. All dishes are offered in both gluten and gluten-free versions. They are all delicious (usually gluten-free pasta and bread have questionable looks and tastes), here the gluten-free agnolotti were exceptional. Personally, I tasted their carbonara…dreamy! The waiters are very attentive and well-prepared to ask if there are any intolerances. The appetizers and desserts are also very good. We went on a Saturday evening and, as expected, the place was packed, but their excellent organization ensured that we didn't have to wait long for the courses. I recommend making a reservation.

I tried this restaurant yesterday, just a stone's throw from the Cathedral of Turin, with a friend and it was truly a surprise! We had two second courses and really good and unique side dishes, not to mention the desserts! All gluten-free, with many options also lactose-free or vegan: FANTASTIC! The staff were very kind and knowledgeable, excellent value for money!

Great pizzeria restaurant in the center of Turin, 10 minutes on foot from the Egyptian Museum. It has a very rich gluten-free menu. We tried some traditional Piedmontese first courses and desserts, everything was delicious. Moreover, the portions are very generous. The staff is very friendly. I have to go back to try their gluten-free pizza as well.

In the very center of Turin, an intimate locale, structurally small, built on different levels, a bit inconvenient at the entrance where there isn’t much space to move between people paying, people entering, and those needing the restrooms. The staff was kind and friendly; a nice guy named Andrea served us, who was approachable. The menu doesn’t have too many options, but it strikes the right balance between pizzeria and restaurant, with great attention to intolerances and allergies like celiac disease, dairy intolerance, etc. The pizza I had (see photo) was special, vegan, with autumn flavors. Overall, everything was good, though the price was a bit high by my standards.

Went for dinner with my celiac fiancé and had some of the best pizzas we’ve had in years. I’ve been gluten intolerant for at least 5 years and I miss pizza a lot so this meal was AMAZING. It also was really easy to slice which was a big bonus.

This is the wrong choice to taste pasta from Italy. We chose this place for the beautiful terrace under the trees. Although the waiter was very helpful in promoting gluten-free options, we chose the first two dishes on the pasta menu: the carbonara and the agnolotto. These pastas were served dried out on a plate with no sense of finish and did not seem fresh. The agnolotto is a bolognaise that had large chunks of sausage mixed in. The mushrooms are unfindable. The carbonara sauce is sour and absolutely unappetizing. It looks like reheated fare from a bucket that had been in the sun too long We did not consume this dish. The waiter had noticed this and suggested another dish for us but confidence in the kitchen was gone. Checkout is done inside in the hallway by the owner. The waiter relayed the problem to the owner, who completely ignored it. When we asked the owner about this, the response was "the world is big enough" . Sorry, but not in our world where respect is a value that still has a meaning. You don't have to go far in the world: the little square across the street has very good restaurants that are worthwhile.

Found by chance, we called about half an hour before to make a reservation and they found us a spot. Table for two with a high chair for the little girl. Menu with many types of pizza and dough. From gluten-free for celiacs to Roman pinsa. I specify that it is AIC certified so separate kitchens. Restaurant menu with typical Turin dishes like agnolotti or vitello tonnato. The pizzas are truly exquisite. Especially the gluten-free one really surprised us with its softness and excellent flavor. It felt like a normal pizza. The place is a bit small and uncomfortable since it has two rooms on two different floors, and moving with a stroller isn't very convenient. We still managed to do everything without major problems. Excellent central location and prices absolutely normal.

I had lunch today (Easter) and found a gluten-free menu with a lot of choices! The agnolotti were excellent and well-seasoned, the same goes for the panfassona (a sandwich with fassona beef burger). The service was quick even though the restaurant was fully booked...unfortunately, I had no room for dessert! My husband literally loved the venison bites!!

A very nice environment. The waitress was very kind and as soon as we sat down, she immediately asked if anyone had any intolerances. Wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, pizzas, focaccias, and desserts, all rigorously gluten-free - certified by AIC (Of course, the same dishes are also available with gluten). Restaurant focused on celiac disease, part of the AFC circuit of AIC. Gluten-free menu is almost identical to the gluten option. You can indulge in traditional Piedmontese dishes. The food is good and the gluten-free options are excellent. This is why we keep coming back. However, it's a shame that the wait, at least on weekends, is always eternal, on more than one occasion. I understand the holiday, I understand the high number of covers, but you can't wait more than 45 minutes... no one from the staff passed by to check the lack of water/bread/wine, and when we asked them to bring it, they responded that they would, but that was not the case. In the end, the dishes arrive (very good), but one was missing, and after our repeated requests, they told us it would come. However, when everyone at the table had finished, the dish still wasn't there and never arrived. I didn’t have lunch, because it was now late and the kids couldn't stand sitting any longer. What a pity. I suggest paying more attention to customers.

It was one of my favorite pizzerias in Turin. I loved the gluten-free pizza from Panperfocaccia, one of the few avant-garde pizzerias in the gluten-free world. The last time I was there (today aside) was in July 2020. The experience had been so terrible that I decided not to return. Then tonight I tried to change my mind. Wrong choice: I ordered two gluten-free pizzas, a DOP Margherita and a SBRAcciatella. The sauce (theoretically DOP) was among the most acidic I've ever tried, but what surprised me the most was the stracciatella. It was absolutely not a stracciatella, but rather crushed mozzarella with added fresh cream. What can I say... What a shame, one less gluten-free landmark on my list in Turin.

Booked without specifying inside or outside, we were placed outside but unfortunately not under the heating mushrooms, on a rather cold evening. Definitely recommended, but I would avoid Saturday night.

Reviewed 4 days ago Out of the ordinary Terrible place. After 45 min the pizza arrives and I ate it cold; terrible service. A fan that, despite my request to please turn it off, was not even considered. But the worst happens when, at the moment of the birthday cake, they refuse to serve it citing protocol. At this point, let's read; after reading, as per HCCP rules, they request the receipt. They tell us that they also make cakes 😠. At the time of the reservation, we specified it was for a birthday and there were food intolerances. If we wanted the cake, we had to cut and serve it ourselves!!!! Really terrible place, never again.

Booked online for lunchtime, we were served at the outdoor tables. The menu is varied and unique, including gluten-free options at no extra charge, and many dishes are vegan friendly. Everything we ate was really good, including the dessert, but the portions were definitely small considering the price of the dishes. This is likely influenced by the restaurant's central location, but in any case, if you don't choose the pizza, one dish is not enough to fill you up even if it costs as much as two. Clean restrooms, all staff wore masks.

Unbelievable, I ordered a gluten hamburger and they brought it without gluten. After telling the waitress, she responds that they all make it without gluten, refusing to admit their mistake or apologize for the inconvenience, but that's understandable. She replaced it with another one with gluten, but it was all full of water, looking like the bread dipped in water that is given to elderly people without teeth... I called the manager, and he apologized, asking if water had fallen on the plate, but obviously not! Anyway, he was very kind... but the end result is that I went to the cash register to pay, and the lady told me that the hamburger was on her, since I didn't like it... But I say, at least have a bit of humility because she tells me it didn't please me instead of apologizing for the staff's inattentiveness? They messed up an order for two people, one celiac and the other not, but if 10 people come in, some celiac and others not, I wonder what they bring to the customers. It's serious inattentiveness in a restaurant that also serves celiacs, because you can make them sick or even worse, are we losing our minds??? And they also want to be right. I would like to remind these people that they live off the money we bring them, and if we don't go, they can change jobs. Note: after the Covid crisis, they should pamper customers to keep them instead of having the arrogance to think everything is owed to them. For us, they can close down, and I hope celiacs don't trust them and avoid eating there. Now I understand why this place has been closed several times, and to think that before Covid we used to go there quite willingly! I respond to the owner that I specified to the young lady that I wanted the hamburger with gluten and that I am not allergic. It's true that I ordered the appetizer without gluten because, in case I didn't like it, my partner could eat it, but if you are not able to carefully follow orders when there are different requests, you should not take it out on customers because I remind you that we pay; we do not eat for free. I also add that the arancino was still frozen inside, and I overlooked that, but in the end, we came to have lunch; otherwise, if I had to fast, I wouldn't have spent 40 euros with you. There's no point in being arrogant; I am not afraid. Do whatever you want; the bad reputation is yours, not mine. Never again from you, because instead of understanding, you demand to be right too. ADIOS!!!

Tonight was my second time at this pizzeria... to eat Gluten-Free Pizza. The first time I received a pizza very similar to a normal one. I thought it was great to have a dough like that, identical in appearance and shape to the regular one, but the problem is that I immediately started feeling bad, with symptoms of Gluten presence. I was unwell until the next day. In my opinion, it was a pizza with 00 flour, nothing gluten-free about it! Tonight my whole table received their pizzas, but my Gluten-Free one didn’t arrive. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I asked three different waiters for information, and they checked on the status of my pizza... my anger grew as my friends at the table had almost finished their dishes! To cut a long story short, my pizza ended up at another table, eaten by someone who hadn’t even ordered the gluten-free dough!!!! I’m shocked... then finally when my pizza arrives, I realize that the dough is different from the other pizzas that were served with gluten and from the one I had the previous time, BE CAREFUL if you go there and are celiac because the waiters and the manager of the pizzeria are unreliable!!! THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT WE GET SICK IF WE EAT GLUTEN!!!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR SURE!!!!

... in response to the owner... I add that the first time I thought it was something else that made me feel bad, precisely trusting your professionalism, so I didn't call you. This time, however, I told the waitress, who made the mistake, all of this, and her response was: 'I'm sorry... would you like a Limoncello?' What should I have added at the cash register????? Should I have asked for a discount?!? I do not engage in these kinds of discussions, I am very serious about the matter, so I confirm BE CAREFUL WITH GLUTEN FREE!

The pizza is very good, both the gluten-free dough and the regular one; few but special pizzas, with fresh and quality products. Poor service, as we waited 20 minutes outside for a table reserved for 10:00 PM. Furthermore, by 11:00 PM, all the pizzas had arrived except one, which came when everyone had finished. We are in one of the beautiful squares of Turin, just steps from the cathedral and surrounded by the city's oldest houses. In summer, the outdoor seating areas in the square are all crowded. But don't be dazzled; there are differences on the plate! At Pan per Focaccia, you will find an eclectic menu, ranging from pizza and hamburgers to cooked dishes. Today we tried a bit of everything: pizza and mussels, variations of meat, and vegetarian dishes, pasta, and second courses. Everything was good. Excellent raw materials well prepared. We enjoyed great craft beers (also suitable for celiacs). The venue is indeed well-equipped for those with gluten issues with a dedicated menu and offers several vegan dishes.
