Really excellent experience! The pizzeria has a separate oven for gluten-free options, which immediately puts you at ease, especially for those with celiac disease. The entire staff is super kind and attentive, from the owner to the waitress, truly sweet and helpful people. We will gladly recommend it to everyone, especially to those with celiac disease, for the great care and quality they offer.

An emotion to see my gluten-free and lactose-free pizza, served on a plate of a different color from the other diners as prescribed by the AIC, made with our own dough, airy and fragrant, and topped with high-quality ingredients (like artisan-made pistachio pesto and 48-month aged parmesan). Wow, how beautiful! And super wow for the taste! Friendly and helpful staff and owners, but above all professional... attentive to detail and to the preferences of customers, as well as to their dietary needs. A commendation for your dedication. Highly recommended.

I believe there are few pizzerias like this one; it offers a wide selection of excellent flours with traditional and non-traditional flavors, combined with tasty and original ingredients. For those who suffer from celiac disease or various intolerances, Mr. Passantino takes great care in preparing the dishes, ensuring that customers can eat without any worries! Friendly, attentive, and kind staff!

Everything was excellent, from the service to the amazing pizza. It's not easy to find a gluten-free pizza, and this one was superb, delicious, and spectacular. My husband's pizza with regular dough was also a sight to behold and incredibly tasty. He loved it very much. The gluten- and lactose-free mousse was also excellent. I highly recommend this place, it's a pity that I live very far away and can only go once a year.
