Saturday evening. Booked well in advance (over a week). They reserved a table for us about a meter from the front door, with a constant cold breeze blowing in every time we passed. We also had three children at the table. There was a very long wait for the pizza. The arancini appetizer was still frozen inside. The adults ordered chips, but they never arrived, but they paid for them. The person ordering the gluten-free pizza didn't like it. The gluten-free pizza was decent. The young staff were very friendly, even a bit too friendly, and sloppy. The price was quite reasonable. I don't know if we'll give it a second chance, but we hope this review helps us improve. The second star is only a good omen.

Friendly owners, a very cute place, and really good pizza. They have both lactose-free mozzarella and gluten-free dough options. We'll definitely be back.

It was our first experience at this venue. The pizza al pala was excellent but... we waited an eternity to have it. If I may give a piece of advice, don’t keep people waiting for hours if they don’t order an appetizer (our goal was to enjoy a dessert in addition to the pizza). Not everyone is a big eater :) Moreover, my son, who is celiac and requested a pizza with little spicy sauce, was served one that was overly spicy (of course, he couldn’t eat it). When he asked the waiter if he could have another one with less spice like he had already requested (if it wasn’t possible, it would have been fine to say so; he would have chosen another flavor), he was told nothing could be done. A little later, the waiter returned saying, okay, we will make another one... in the end, he was the last one to eat compared to the whole group.

"Acqua e Farina" is a pizzeria that embodies the excellence of Italian culinary tradition, with a quality that far exceeds expectations. Every detail, from the preparation of the dough to the selection of raw materials, exudes passion and professionalism. The pizza dough is a true masterpiece, with a slow and natural rising of 72 hours that gives the base an extraordinary lightness and crispness, melting in your mouth with every bite. The selection of toppings is impeccable: top-quality ingredients, carefully chosen from outstanding Italian products selected by Slow Food presidia. Each pizza is a journey of authentic flavors, reflecting tradition but with a touch of modernity. One aspect that really impressed us is the attention the restaurant gives to customers with food intolerances. The gluten-free pizza, made with an artisanal dough crafted directly by their staff, is a delight. But it's not just the pizza: even the appetizers and fried foods are simply flawless, with a superior quality that can be tasted in every bite. Finally, the service is exceptional. The owner, with his kindness and professionalism, knows how to make every customer feel at ease, creating a welcoming and family-like atmosphere. The attentiveness and care for details make a difference, turning every visit to "Acqua e Farina" into a unique experience. We highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who wants to savor a pizza that is much more than just a dish, but a true tribute to quality and passion for cooking. An experience you won't forget!

This time I ordered takeout, gluten-free pizza. I hadn't been there in a while. The pizza was inedible and much smaller than usual. The owner had a UNIQUE unpleasantness! Quite annoyed. Then when I asked for paper napkins since the pizza was takeout, he responded that he didn't have any in an annoyed tone. I wonder...why??? You should change jobs.
