Compared to the other location, this one on Viale Strasburgo is very disappointing: the dough is poorly risen and hard to digest, which is a shame because the raw materials are good. I don't recommend it for those with celiac disease.

very disappointing food, one of the two pizzas arrived practically raw and the staff is not attentive to the customer. It was a terrible experience. For gluten-free options, almost all appetizers are gluten free as well as the pizzas, but with such inattentive staff, I wouldn't rely on it too much.

Great for gluten free and celiac / coeliac. I visit Sicily twice a year. They have two restaurants and this one was new. The pizza base and toppings are very good, and most of the menu can be made gluten free, like the starters. However, the gluten free pizza use to be better, it use to look like a real pizza. The new pizza base is still very good, but I wish they would bring back their old pizza base as it was the most authentic and real pizza I had in 5 years of being gluten free.
