Well, what can I say? I have been there several times for special occasions and I have never been disappointed. Everything is always very good, but the only downside is the prices which seem to be getting higher.

Welcoming at the forefront, from the very start they greet you cordially, a renewed location in a modern style, a menu specially created at km 0, where the tastes and flavors of a "simple" product are highlighted but can become unique in its kind. The entire menu, including fresh bread, is gluten-free. Particularly impressed by the carrot dish reminiscent of a "millefeuille." A must-try! We will definitely return.

After visiting the place three times, I can say that, as a celiac, it is the best 100% gluten-free place I have ever been to. Not only do they offer refined cuisine, which we celiacs are sometimes not used to, often I had to settle for eating a mediocre dish just because it was gluten-free; here, however, the super pleasant service accompanies customers on a beautiful tasting journey. A birthday lunch with my partner and our kids, simply perfect! We chose the tasting menu because we couldn't decide given the wide variety offered. Everything was delicious, refined, high-quality, simple yet innovative, flavorful, and delightful. A sweet discovery especially for the total absence of gluten. The cost was appropriate. Not low-priced but entirely honest: the quality, service, goodness, passion, innovation, and high-quality ingredients are all worth it. In my opinion, I'd rather go out one less time but discover every dish on their menu!

Very welcoming venue. Service level appropriate to the excellent quality of the dishes served. Pleasant tastings, appetizers, and desserts offered by the owners. Very elegant dishes, equally enjoyable in taste. Those who do not know that the food is gluten-free won't realize it while eating. Perhaps only the bread can indicate this, but only for those who know the characteristics of gluten-free. The first courses are very tasty. The tortellini with Parmesan cream, in my opinion, suffer from an excessive cheese flavor that sometimes risks overpowering the taste of the tortellini filling. Nevertheless, very tasty. The wine offered is excellent, a very pleasant Lambrusco. The desserts are great, especially the English trifle. The price is not the cheapest. But the overall quality can justify it in the end. The only flaw in my opinion is the lack of a tablecloth. Highly recommended venue.

What can I say, if not TOP... Elegant venue, well-cared for, super refined cuisine, an extraordinary culinary experience, and the best part is EVERYTHING GLUTEN-FREE... A curated wine cellar with bottles from small biodynamic producers. Research and daring pay off. Gluten-free is not a trend, it's a necessity, let’s always remember that... Photos?... No... because it’s so beautiful to enjoy every moment of this experience while leaving the phone in the jacket...

Exceptional experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings of this restaurant. It is quite rare to find a place that offers refined dishes entirely gluten-free; however, the attention of the staff does not focus only on this intolerance/allergy but also on the quality of the raw materials, all zero km, thus enhancing local foods and producers. An experience, not just a simple dinner! Intimate and minimalist atmosphere, the guest can enjoy their space in a location with few tables and the right ambiance. We tried both the 'standard' tasting menu and the vegetarian one, and we were pleasantly super satisfied with the quality of this experience. From the mise en place to the service with the presentation of each dish, every detail is cared for! A restaurant that operates with a completely gluten-free kitchen, promoting local products, fresh from the market (the same goes for the wine list, the selected producers share their stories). Highly recommended in every aspect, we will definitely return for the new dishes that will be proposed in the constantly evolving menu!
