I would say excellent!!! We had some really delicious brioches filled with cream and plenty of chocolate. Arancini, olive bread, cookies... everything was exceptional. The saleswoman was kind and attentive.

very good food, in some cases you don't even notice it's gluten-free.

Excellent gluten-free products, the olive bread is delicious, as are the cakes, the panettone (which closely resembles a gluten-containing pandoro), and the chocolate braid. The only downside is, unfortunately, the unpleasant staff in my experiences.

The best gluten-free place in Palermo, excellent pastry and rotisserie, although the savory dairy-free options are limited. Staff can sometimes be a bit grumpy... what a pity!

Bread and pizza are really good, the cookies and the deli items are good, ready-made desserts are very rare and only available on order. The only drawback: finding anything without ordering the day before is really difficult; according to many, the organization needs to be reviewed.

Highly recommended! The best arancine I've ever eaten in Sicily, the ragù is very delicate, the coating is very crunchy, truly perfect. Furthermore, I tried the simple doughnut that was delicious, a sweet piece with cream that was really good, and fantastic mini rolls with panelle.

A real gluten-free gem in Palermo! Finally, a bakery that shows that eating gluten-free doesn't mean giving up on taste! The No Gluten Bakery is an authentic excellence: every product is prepared with care, passion, and the highest quality ingredients. The bread is fragrant and soft, with a texture that rivals any traditional bakery. The desserts? A marvel! From cookies to brioche, everything has an incredible and genuine taste. Even those who are not gluten intolerant would be left speechless! The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to every dietary need. There’s a welcoming and family atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. If you’re celiac, intolerant, or just curious to try something truly good, this is the place for you. Highly Recommended!

I am familiar with and have often consumed their products, not because I am celiac but because I know the owner. I have never found a difference between his products and those from a bakery or pastry shop that contains gluten, but I found a HUGE difference with the products from another gluten-free brand (I won't name it for the sake of fairness) as even just the appearance was wanting. Unfortunately, I tried them out of necessity this time, as I recently discovered that my daughter is celiac and since I wasn't in Palermo, I couldn't go to them. I realized that I will have to organize to go stock up, because the trip is worth it. Everything is delicious. Ah!!! Often it's worth booking the products because they sell out!!!

Excellent quality products, unfortunately I arrived at noon when there was very little left on the counter, but what I took fully satisfied me!

Passing through Palermo, we couldn't miss the opportunity to enjoy some delights "made in the south"!! Everything was delicious!!

Bread, pizzas, cookies, and delicious desserts; you can find the best brioches in Palermo here. The girls at the counter are kind and helpful. Moderate prices, a wide sweet/savory selection. Not to be missed!

I purchased various types of products, all excellent. Delicious brioches, wonderful arancini, and the bread is offered in different varieties. I tried the simple baguette and the bread with olives, both fantastic. Regarding the pizza, I want to clarify that the piece mentioned in some reviews at €5 each probably does not take into account that it is a portion of Margherita perfectly topped with mozzarella and tomato. Besides being excellent (it doesn't even seem like a gluten-free dough), it has dimensions of 22x12cm, so it is a portion of pizza, not a small pizza. I don't understand the negative comment. I also tried stuffed sandwiches with wieners, paid €1.00. I ordered everything the day before, and I found everything ready the next day, perfectly packed for the plane trip. Perfect service and friendly staff. I will definitely return.

I only come because I can't help it... but I really think I will move from Zero Gluten on Via Trinacria. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter with the ponytail is so rude and uneducated, she doesn't even look at the customer when she speaks. You can fail for all I care. Don't you feel ashamed? But do you know that the customer brings the bread home? It's us who give the bread to you, not you to us!!!!! And I'm not the only one who noticed this... quite a few people have told me the same. Rude! And not just with me… the same thing with my mom... For me, you can fail, and anyway, I haven't said anything in front of the customers.

Everything was exquisite. I tasted a small sandwich with panelle and crocche', a small supplì, a slice of sfincione bagherese, and my sister had a butter arancina. Digestible, without any issues. Well done. We will return soon. Even someone with celiac disease can enjoy the typical Palermitan specialties and more.

The best gluten-free food found so far in Palermo. Doughs at the level of the best bakeries, arancine and ravazzate filled with toppings, various croissants, sfogliatelle, braids, doughnuts, and pieces finally of "normal" sizes. Here, celiacs are brought back to an orbit equal to the rest of the food lovers. Congratulations to the team for their clear dedication; there is competence here, not mediocrity.

The market was well stocked. It was my first time and I found the bread delicious and the biscuits too. Also provided with delicatessen. A must-try.

I am not a regular customer, I discovered them today... but I can say that they are quite serious; when I asked to buy a pizza dough, they responded without hesitation. Unfortunately, other gluten-free bakeries refuse to sell doughs (as if someone were to start baking at home). The young lady on the phone was very friendly and precise. From today on, I really think this will be an excellent reference for gluten-free products!

They make amazing preparations: the things I prefer are the sandwich bread, the queen cookies, the loaf of bread with sesame. Today I arrived at 11:00 and it was already all sold out. Maybe they should prepare a few more pieces.

We come from Cagliari to visit the magnificent Palermo, a city rich in history and art. We also try to adapt our gluten-free needs to a comprehensive review of venues and restaurants catering to such needs. The location is very charming and offers a feast for the eyes that will soon be savored; excellent service, equally great food, and very advantageous pricing for a family of 4 dining. Highly recommended, I say this as a friend.

One star is enough for today’s mockery from the lady at the counter. After having picked up so many things, I ask her if the pandoro at the counter is really a pandoro, despite it being labeled "pandorato" outside. She says yes and reiterates it when I ask for confirmation again, so I become convinced and buy it. Well, the lady tricked me because it is neither a pandoro in shape nor in taste. It is a panettone, which I have never liked, and so thanks to the false advice from the lady, I spent money today that ended up in the trash because of course, I threw it away, and she lost a customer. After all, honesty always pays off.

Just one word is enough, short and unequivocal: TOP. Try it to believe it.

One of the best places..if not the best in Palermo for gluten-free, excellent.

Well done to everyone from the gluten-free service they are exclusive and specialized in.

Everything is of excellent quality and diverse, well done and clean. You can indulge in cookies, bread, cakes, sweets, and brioche...everything is very good.

Very good place. We recommend booking in advance (the day before) to ensure you get what you want. You won't believe that gluten-free living can be so good. They are also very courteous (a small improvement: always answer the phone or set up a voicemail for those who don't live in Palermo like us). Keep it up!!

In my opinion, they should at least renovate the entrance, which is a bit shabby, even if it is essential for what they sell to those affected by conditions like celiac disease.

There is always something to eat even without ordering... a point of reference for those who need these products... thank you

Pastry and unbeatable cookies

They always have quality products. In particular, this year, their artisan panettone and pandoro (which they call pandorato) really stood out, much to the delight of my celiac family members.

Happy me. Spectacular croissant. Delicious roast shop. Well done. I wish there were a place like this in Treviso.

In Palermo, a bakery and pastry shop that produces gluten-free products for celiacs. They offer high-quality foods, including bread, mini-pizzas, focaccia, panzerotti, arancini, pastries, dry biscuits, cannoli, and more at fair prices. The quality is above average; it feels like eating gluten-containing products! Thank you!

A fundamental place for those like me who need gluten-free food, managed by capable young people who constantly vary the offerings of delicious, light, and tasty dishes; it's always tempting to enter... Everything is very good!

Compliments. I will soon return to ransack your displays. Great variety and choices, both sweet and savory. From Friday to Saturday, there is gluten-free pastry without lactose, cream, chocolate, and pistachio (ricotta excluded). Excellent quality and great taste. Affordable prices.
