I had the pleasure of being a guest at the refuge along with my family for lunch, on a busy Saturday... we were amazed! Although the pace was hectic and there were many people, the service was impeccable and the food was excellent! I would dare say it was the best polenta I have ever eaten! Moreover, having my son who is celiac, we found a separate menu for gluten-free options (there is no double kitchen) and I would say that finding all this in a tourist site is fantastic! Congratulations to the management and the girls in the dining room! Highly recommended!
