In a place that serves bruschetta, a person with celiac disease would never think they could eat there. However, thanks to the owner (who is also celiac), the staff is well-informed about contamination and they manage to satisfy the customer with a wide variety of flavors. The arrosticini are also good. I will gladly return, especially for the courtesy they have shown.

Delicious gluten-free bruschetta with a great variety of flavors; one of the owners is celiac, so she is very knowledgeable and careful about cross-contamination, ensuring maximum safety! I will definitely return!

A not very large but nice place; one of the owners is celiac, so all the staff is absolutely prepared, and the gluten-free bruschetta can be made with almost all combinations of the normal ones, truly excellent!!! But the super note comes with the arrosticini, which were amazing, freshly made and very tender. I came from Tuscany with the desire to finally taste this typical Abruzzese dish, and I must say that the girls at Piano B did not disappoint me at all!!! They are nice, attentive to the requests and needs of the customers, and with smiles on their faces despite some unforeseen issues with the electricity that was flickering, but they handled it brilliantly!!!

I was happy with the quality of the product and also with the speed with which they serve you! A place that also offers a 'gluten-free' option, very good!

How hard is it to find a good gluten-free bruschetta? A person with celiac disease knows this well, which is why a place like Piano B is a pleasant discovery. If the service is also kind and cheerful (the owner is celiac too, so she knows how important it is for someone with celiac to feel comfortable and safe when eating out), then it becomes a beloved place to return to. In the photo, there’s raw caciocavallo cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, bruschetta with stracciatella, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil pesto (can you tell that I love sun-dried tomatoes?), tiramisu, and chocolate cake (yum!), all gluten-free. Lastly, I want to highlight that the place is really nice, characteristic, quiet, and romantic. I hope to make it back to Montesilvano and return to this restaurant, especially for the gluten-free tiramisu (made by them and yes, that top layer you see is Nutella), the best in the world after my grandmother's!

I am pleased to share my experience at this very unique place, from the decor to the diverse menu, but especially the joy of finding gluten-free bruschetta. Here, bruschetta is the star; every combination is truly a delight for the palate. The gluten-free cake from Montepulciano deserves special mention, it is truly top-notch, along with the kindness and smiles of the entire staff ❤️ definitely a unique experience. Thank you.
