very good pizza, very fast and very helpful. they don't have a double kitchen, but they are very attentive to cross-contamination.

Good gluten-free pizza! It is prepared in a separate environment, so there is no risk of contamination. The menu also included desserts that could be requested gluten-free as well as lactose-free. There’s also gluten-free seada! They didn’t display the AIC sticker outside, but it's still worth going there!

We came to eat in this restaurant because we saw that there was the option to choose gluten-free menus. What can I say, we liked everything we ordered. The owner explained the menu in a professional and simple way, very satisfied. We will definitely return.

"From curiosity to loyalty: a restaurant that conquers" During our 8-day vacation in Alghero, we found ourselves dining 4 evenings at Antica Fortezza: a fact that speaks for itself. Curiosity and the desire to discover every dish on the menu drove us to return multiple times, each time with the same satisfaction. The cuisine surprisingly harmonizes the traditions of Emilia-Romagna and Sardinia, offering authentic yet never trivial flavors. The platters are a delight of local and Emilian cured meats and cheeses, served with crunchy carasau bread and freshly made, warm crescentine. A perfect start. The pasta is a special chapter: made with a recipe patented by the chef, it has a unique taste and a texture that captivates. The fried dishes also deserve special mention: from hand-picked vegetables to fish, everything is cooked to order with care and without excess. The pizza is exquisite and easily digestible, while the selection of wines, mostly local, enhances the area and perfectly accompanies every course. Another strong point is the attention to dietary needs: the menu offers valid gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, never compromising on quality. Finally, a special mention goes to the staff and the owners: friendly, professional, and always ready to make guests feel at home. A complete gastronomic experience that deserves to be lived.
