I want to give a very positive review because the chef truly deserves it. I have serious intolerances to gluten, milk, and eggs, so when dessert time came, I usually excluded myself. But the very kind waitress went to ask in the kitchen, and they offered me a vegan cheesecake. When I saw it, I was worried and asked what the base was, thinking it might be a biscuit, instead it was caramelized peanuts. The cream was vegan (excellent). With berries... needless to say, I devoured it because it was so good! But what I would like to emphasize is not just the goodness of the gluten-free and vegan dessert, of course that too, but the sensitivity of a chef, and here those with celiac disease and various food intolerances will understand, who did not give up, knowing that there was a customer with limitations. They didn't exclude me from the joy of desserts and offered to make one specifically for me on the spot. This is the boundary line that makes the difference between one restaurant and another. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

We passed by this restaurant and were immediately attracted by the sign "lactose-free and gluten-free" since we are intolerant. So we went in and asked if we could order just the dessert, having already eaten at home, and the very kind waiter immediately accommodated us. The lactose-free tiramisu and cheesecake were delicious! We really appreciated the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

Since living with my little sister who has celiac disease, I've always been looking for pizzerias and restaurants that allow us to meet with friends without her having to give up anything. So, passing by this restaurant, I read on the windows that all their dishes could also be made gluten-free. We wanted to try it and we had a nice surprise: the dishes were good and creatively made, except for the mackerel with a potato cream that didn't gain anyone's approval; everything else was delicious, and the gluten-free pizza is perhaps the best I've had so far. The service was incredibly quick and the staff was friendly. We can't wait to return to try more dishes!

The food is magnificent! Tasty dishes with never banal combinations. I had lunch with a friend who is celiac, and we ate wonderfully! Only at the end of the meal did I discover that I had eaten everything gluten-free. Incredible! Excellent service and very kind Claudia and Luciana. I will definitely return.

Excellent restaurant… truly, truly great. With honest prices but above all tasty and gluten-free dishes. I recommend the octopus carbonara because it is really a delight, the fried artichoke with pecorino, and the falafels are excellent.

Nice place, with tables both outdoors and indoors. A lot of attention to products for celiacs and lactose allergies. The menu is simple, with definitely reasonable prices and genuine flavors. The supplì and other fried foods are all made in-house. The pizzas are all good, but those in the gourmet menu have a slightly thicker and crunchier crust, really delicious. Their homemade tiramisu is absolutely worth it.

Fusion restaurant in the Aurelia area, a minimalistic, cozy, and bright place, with polite and friendly staff. As the name suggests, in this restaurant we can find fusion dishes with truly good flavor combinations, not to mention the aesthetics of the plates which are meticulously crafted in terms of colors and shapes. A plus for this restaurant is the availability of every dish in gluten-free and lactose-free versions. Definitely a great place to spend a pleasant evening in Rome!

From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but inside it is really beautiful, a modern environment suitable for all ages and occasions. The menu combines tradition and innovation, catering to everyone's dietary needs (omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, those intolerant to lactose, gluten, or any other allergies). Generous portions, delicious dishes that have nothing to envy from other restaurants. The traditional Roman dishes made us fall in love!! Young and friendly staff, always very polite. Fair prices considering the quantity and quality of the products.
