Gluten-free pizza used to be really good, but now the dough is different, and in fact, the pizza is no longer like it used to be. I don't like it anymore, what a shame.

Seeing a lot of people, I didn't expect this, so I’m writing to you. I ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. Despite that, I didn't wait long for the pizzas to arrive, and they looked spectacular. However, as soon as we started eating, we realized that they were cold. This means that the dough was made on the same day and baked with only tomato sauce, and then in the evening they are topped and put back in the oven just long enough for the cheese to melt. I told the waiter, who had difficulty responding and was trying to find an excuse. I repeat and maintain that once the pizza is made, it should be baked immediately.

Great. The best pizza in Palermo. Selected ingredients of the highest quality. Customer attention. Friendliness and warmth from the hostess. Thank goodness we moved near Tramontina! I would also like to commend the great professionalism in caring for the celiac customer. My 8-year-old son was able to eat just like us a great hot appetizer free of contamination thanks to the owner's choice to serve gluten-free fried food for everyone, as well as a delicious pizza. And all this without breaking the bank. Truly excellent management 💚
