We stayed at the Alma Hotel in Palermo for two days with breakfast included and we can only leave a more than positive review. All the staff was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Extra points definitely go to their care for dietary needs: not only did they carefully manage lactose and gluten intolerances, but they did so with ease and consideration, making us feel like it wasn't a problem. The structure is clean, welcoming, in a strategic location, and has a varied and quality breakfast. We had a great time, will definitely return, and recommend it with all our hearts♥️

Cozy room even though very very small, excellent cleanliness. Reception service and breakfast service are exceptional with young, very competent, and professional staff who never come across as intrusive. The breakfast is excellent with fresh gluten-free products, which is rare to find in all hotels. I found gluten-free cakes and the staff in the breakfast room were also prepared to avoid cross-contamination. This is a boutique hotel in the city center that I highly recommend. Perhaps the price is a bit high for the central location.
