I ate pizza in this lovely place on a Sunday evening a couple of weeks ago. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable; they use a pizza base, but it's good, and the toppings are excellent. The kitchen is open, and I saw how my pizza was prepared and cooked. One person dedicated themselves solely to my pizza, cleaning the oven (they have more than one) and baking my pizza alone. Since I go to Palermo often, I definitely think I'll return.
