Absolutely to avoid. No professionalism. A package ordered for Christmas on December 10 not only has not arrived, but a refund has never been issued and the responsible parties cannot be reached by phone. Scandalous.

The package was shipped well over 10 days after the order, without any email notification. The phone customer service, inadequate, informed me that they had "coincidentally" shipped the package after my call and that, despite having previously sent an email to request a change of address because I was no longer at home, they could not make any changes. The result is that it will be delivered after Christmas, thus rendering the gift useless. Very unprofessional.
