It is called street food but it reads... democratic cuisine, for everyone, with everyone, within everyone's reach: naturally gluten-free with lots of flavor, simple and convivial, like at home. Enrico and his son Gabriele gave us a wonderful evening, serenity at the table for us celiacs and non-celiacs, goodness in their dishes and interesting stories about Palermitan and Sicilian cuisine. We tried a sandwich with croquettes (unfortunately it didn’t have the panelle) and a stuffed potato, and we were satisfied. Generous portions. The street where you eat is a bit chaotic since it's in a super touristy area, but it wasn't a big problem. The owner assured that everything was gluten-free, and I had no symptoms.

Really good food, all prepared on the spot, the prices are really very good, considering that they are gluten-free products. GF sandwich with the fried potatoes for 3 euros! Excellent location, but you have to reach it on foot.
