DO NOT TRUST THE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS THEY OFFER We sat down and while reading the menu we saw that they offer a gluten-free service, but I think they don’t understand what celiac disease is.. Well, it’s not a food intolerance because being intolerant to gluten is not the same as being celiac; these are two different things. If they think they can serve a gluten-free pizza to someone with celiac disease by preparing it in the same area where they prepare everything else, cleaning their hands with a gluten-containing flour apron, and baking it alongside a Puccia, then they are not professional at all... After spending a night in the emergency room for gluten contamination, I wanted to make a phone call to address this seriously and to tell the person who assured me I wouldn’t have any problems that they shouldn’t sell gluten-free pizzas because they cannot guarantee a proper service. I felt belittled during the call, as the lady should have just thanked me, but instead, I felt dismissed... AVOID THE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS, AND I HOPE THOSE WHO NEED TO CAN CHECK THAT A CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO SELL A GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCT
