Leaving aside the always lengthy delivery times, the main problem is related to the cooking of gluten-free pizzas. For the fourth time, I received two burnt pizzas, and it was useless to point out to the cashier to inform the pizzaiolo to thoroughly dust the counter (gluten-free flour burns easily and becomes bitter) and to pay attention to the cooking. Last time, after raising the issue, they applied a "discount" of €5 on two pizzas that cost €18, but evidently, the memory is very short. I almost forgot, one night out of five pizzas ordered, two had incorrect ingredients...
