I stayed at the Saracen and, being celiac, I must say I had a very good experience. A waiter took care of me throughout my stay, carefully explaining what I could eat and what I couldn't at the buffet. He let me choose the sauce for the pasta and also a main dish for dinner, even bringing me a gluten-free sandwich from Schär. For breakfast, I was able to enjoy a gluten-free croissant and I also had snacks and toast available. For lunch, as well as for dinner, he allowed me to choose the toppings and I even got the chance to try two types of gluten-free desserts. The waiter was always very kind and helpful. The only concern was regarding the buffet: I was worried that other guests might exchange utensils between the different dishes, risking contamination. Aside from this small worry, the experience was really positive, and I felt supported and protected. I really liked the rooms and the pool; I already knew them because I had been here a few years ago and I confirmed their quality. I found the entertainment a bit lacking in engagement, but overall, the stay was really pleasant. Recommended!
