Such professionalism in street food had not yet happened, especially for my wife's celiac disease and lactose intolerance. We ate the Bronte mare and Favignana, both delicious; I highly recommend them.

Cooking pasta al dente, with a fresh and perfectly seasoned condiment. You can choose, in addition to the classic durum wheat Busiate, also gluten-free or whole grain options. The Bronte mare sauce was delicate, and the fresh hint of lemon added a freshness that paired well with the savoriness of the pistachio. Well-cleaned shrimp. The trapanese sauce was true to tradition, creamy and balanced. The meal can be enjoyed either sitting in or for takeout. Highly recommended!
