I came this morning for breakfast, it’s delicious!! Friendly staff and a quiet, accessible location. I had a cappuccino and a cream bomb (it was gluten free but didn’t look like it). I recommend!!!

We know the 2 Tritucum but the Bistrot version beats the other! We had dinner there this evening. The gluten-free gorgonzola/radicchio pizza was the best pizza I've ever eaten (my husband's normal capricciosa was also exquisite). But the highlight was the gluten-free frappe that the guy who served us set aside for me (top service for kindness and speed). Well done everyone!!

I stopped for a quick aperitif. My wife is celiac, so everything was gluten-free, and it was all excellent! Both the pizza and the cured meats. Truly commendable, I really appreciated that there was no surcharge for gluten-free dishes.

I had already tried this pizzeria by ordering home delivery, and having a pleasant memory of it, I decided to eat there this time. The pizzas proved to be delicious. I ordered a "Pizza Triticum" (speck, gorgonzola, walnuts), whose ingredients were truly excellent and of high quality, although the base was undercooked for my taste. The only real flaw is the environment: since they also offer express and slice pizza service, there is a constant flow of people, without a real separation of spaces, which gives a bit of a confusing atmosphere (and if you happen to go in winter, you'll have to keep your coat on inside due to the continuous drafts of cold air). Certainly commendable is the fact that they have a separate kitchen and counter for gluten-free customers, which is more unique than rare in this area. Overall, an excellent quality-price ratio.

Beautiful surprise! A completely gluten-free bar open from morning until late evening. They have croissants, pastries, but also pizza by the slice. The place is very nice and comfortable, spacious, with many tables both outside and inside. It's a truly special bar for celiacs! It would be great if there were more like this.

A true paradise for us celiacs, fantastic to find everything from breakfast to appetizers to dinner... and then the gluten-free pizza by the slice is delicious, but it's not just about being able to find it (because no one offers it by the slice) that was amazing. The place is very beautiful and spacious, the staff is super friendly, and it’s wonderful to have a venue like this that welcomes everyone, both celiacs and non-celiacs, due to the variety of things it offers. It's the best!!!!!

On Friday, October 3, 2025, my partner and I stopped at the Triticim bistro on Beata Teresa Verzeri Square 18 in Rome. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation that was nothing short of DANGEROUS. My partner and I placed our order, specifying my celiac disease and that we wanted the ENTIRE order gluten-free!... (this was underscored next to each requested dish) The order: A zucchini flower A fillet of baccalà A pizza with mushrooms A four seasons pizza. The first thing that arrives at the table is a fillet of baccalà. I cut it in half to eat it together. After a while, a tiny container arrives with two "cagatine" (smaller than an ascolana olive)... We ask what it was and are told "gluten-free fillet of baccalà" ...PANIC. What we had split and already eaten a while before was "WITH GLUTEN." The waiter who took the order started climbing the walls in an annoying and unbelievable manner. I, being symptomatic, certainly didn't feel like staying there to argue. The agitation was rising, so I got up and went to the car; my partner, out of a sense of propriety toward the establishment, waited for the pizzas we took home. The problem was EXCLUSIVELY the waiter because the food was excellent and the people working in the kitchen are surely professional. (I later became ill) I wrote this review not to demonize the place; in fact, I will return. But to prevent someone else from ending up eating gluten due to a distracted waiter who doesn't listen and, in the end, even tries to shift the blame onto the customer. 🙏🏽

Tried because discovered thanks to Celiakè (the gluten-free festival) and a FB group on celiac disease. They have both gluten-free and non-gluten with "two completely separate kitchens" visible, with the gluten-free counter very separate from the gluten one, impeccable service but above all they have everything... From breakfasts to aperitifs, to a hot table for lunch and dinner. Not only that, they are also part of TooGoodToGo, although the pick-up window is "late" for us outsiders as it's from 10 PM to 11 PM; when we went for dinner, I couldn't help but order it. Getting back to us, we tried it for dinner with friends, we ordered appetizers, pizzas, and drinks, eating divinely both with and without gluten (the gluten-free was for my children but I tasted it too :D), while the regular was for the rest of us; absolutely everything was impeccable. Just a few orders went a bit "lost" so to speak, but given that it was Saturday night, it’s understandable. Once we pointed it out, they quickly remedied it, so really no problem... instead, I ordered something else afterward, and since it was for a small child, I asked for quick service (where possible, of course) but it didn’t even need to be asked because it was sent out before I could ask for it, so the service was genuinely excellent. Everything exquisite at honest prices in line with others but the quality is 100 times superior to any others tried, truly. A gem of gems, nearby there's an ice cream parlor, completely gluten-free and lactose-free (also without milk) run by the same people, a review will also come for them since they have ice cream that is so good, I have never eaten anything like it in my life. Too bad I didn't take photos, but there will surely be an opportunity to go back to take them. **Finally, a particularly surprising note for the pizza, both by the slice and round, gluten-free but finally thin, as Roman tradition requires, but above all, edible. Especially the gluten-free one; the few places that offer it by the slice make it thick and doughy, here instead it's the classic Roman style, for my (only and exclusively my) taste a bit too thin, but still exceptional.

Absolutely recommended. My boyfriend and I ordered two pizzas: one with gluten-free and lactose-free dough (which was just as good as the classic dough) and one with normal dough. Both were very good. The service was impeccable, the staff is very attentive to customer requests!!! We will definitely return.

I've been visiting this bistro for a while now, both for breakfast and for dinner, from pizza by the slice to chicken with potatoes. The staff is very nice, cheerful, and fun (you always need a laugh), with a place that is always clean and comfortable, also located near the Nicoló Cusano University, great for those attending classes and maybe wanting to celebrate their graduation. Reasonable prices. Quality pizza with various flavors and a wide selection, but above all, there are many treats for those who can't eat gluten. Chicken and potatoes are excellent, the end of the world! From the café to the dry pastries, I recommend it to anyone passing by. You can eat at the table or take it away, even when you're in a hurry and have no idea for dinner, always exceptional.

I have to say it's a very characteristic pizzeria. The location is very strategic, with a nice wide parking area in front for everyone, seats both inside and outside. I've been there several times and I must admit that each time I had a great experience. From the excellent supplì to the pizzas that are out of the ordinary. The Roman pizza can also be made gluten-free. I must say that their margherita really excited me. Truly a gem. The only drawback I can mention is that they could improve on the desserts, which I found quite average. For the rest, a place definitely worth trying!

Welcoming place, but unfortunately there's little internal space. Pizza is quite good but not top-notch. The counter staff are very kind, while the waitresses at the tables might be a bit inexperienced but are nice. Gluten-free products are truly excellent, but I think they are too expensive even for the area... the individual desserts cost a euro. I took 3 fruit tarts at 5 euros each and the small cream puffs were 3.50, as small as a pastry, okay for gluten-free but for families and in this area, it's a bit of a rip-off... We'll come back but only for the aperitif and the evening atmosphere with the green eyes!!!

Great! It was a really pleasant surprise because they have a huge selection at the counter even for those with celiac disease! Often on my way home, I stop to pick something ready for my celiac daughter! From pizza to lasagna, sides, and the second courses, the tiramisus, the mousses, the cookies, the tarts—basically, the desserts are amazing! Moreover, it’s a very nice, clean, and well-kept environment.
