Very characteristic location. The place changed management 8 years ago; it was previously owned by Samanta Cristoforetti's uncle and was initially called "Dal Barba" (which means "from the Uncle"). Under new management, it was added "La tana del Barba", a term referring to the structure of the place which somewhat resembles a tavern's den. Very kind and helpful staff. Possibility of various gluten-free dishes: polenta, pizza, and focaccia. My partner and I ordered two cold dishes: ◇a veal with tuna sauce with capers in flowers, gherkins, and potato dippers ◇venison bites with polenta and redcurrant jam ◇semi-freddo with nougat (lactose-free) but you can choose the flavors gianduia or citrus.
