Went for the first time with friends. We ordered six pizzas, each with a different dough (since they offer you 7 different bases: classic organic, whole wheat stone-ground, protein low-fat, perciasacchi, timilia, gluten-free, 5 cereals, matzo) obviously one different from the other so we could enjoy a slice each. The dough was delicious! The topping was super fresh! Pairings were excellently combined! Highly recommended even though the only downside is the room which accommodates 40 seats in winter and up to 70 in summer. But just book and be serious and punctual, and you'll delight your palate. Highly recommended. Do yourselves a favor, come and finally enjoy good food and excellent pizzas.

INCOMPETENT. Terribly managed pizzeria, constant confusion, the managers couldn't communicate with each other, didn't know what to do and how to do their job. Pizzas ordered for 9 PM; at 9:15 they only started preparing them because we were there asking about our pizzas. Once we opened the boxes, we even noticed that two ingredients out of four were missing (of course we had paid for them as they were listed on the receipt) and the pizza was raw, inedible (gluten-free dough that felt like sponge, photo attached). But that wasn't the problem... I saw other people there asking about pizzas from 8:30 PM and they were still waiting with us... A guy was even waiting for focaccias from 8:30 PM that the pizzeria had put up for sale by the piece, that is, takeaway focaccias sold to the guy by the piece; I don’t know if the level of miscommunication can be understood. Unthinkable! The restaurant wanted to put the new focaccias in the oven, but after 20 minutes waiting for these new ones, the guy decided to take the cut ones, they weren’t even whole, but three-quarters of one and three-quarters of another. I can only imagine how embarrassing that must have been... It was 9:15 and at the table of people in the dining room, I didn’t see any pizza; I don’t know when they ate... However, I heard about table 12 that had been waiting for an hour; after half an hour they left without having dinner. I think I could keep listing problems, but I’ll give this restaurant one last chance by returning another evening, with the benefit of the doubt that there was some problem last night and it wasn't just incompetence... I have never felt the need, like today, to write a review about a restaurant, but this was outrageous.
