I went to this pizzeria because, when I called, I was told that the pizza dough was made by them... but to my great disappointment, I think it is not made by them at all but rather a ready-made base with an annoying aftertaste of seed oil.... the fried fish, however, was decent.

The restaurant has a separate kitchen to prepare gluten-free dishes. I had a delicious seafood fry and grilled tuna. They also make their own pizza and first courses. Not all dishes have a gluten-free version, but the staff is attentive to possible adaptations of the dishes. I found the restaurant in the AIC guide to eating out.

We loved it from start to finish! Dishes of a higher level, top-quality ingredients, impeccable service, and sublime hospitality. The atmosphere is super comfortable, and it was enjoyable to dine with 80s/90s music in the background. But the cherry on top for my partner and me was the preparation and care of the gluten-free dishes. They are very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and there were no issues, which is challenging for someone with celiac disease when dining out, as many restaurants improvise with gluten-free meals. Cellarius does not; it is AIC certified and takes gluten-free seriously. So for those with celiac disease, you can dine here without fear. The tuna steak with caramelized onions is something we dream about at night because it was so exquisite! A thousand thanks and see you next time!
