In the city for work, I had dinner twice very well. The menu is all gluten-free or has a gluten-free alternative except for two dishes. They are very knowledgeable and if there is a possibility of contamination, they warn you in advance. Very kind and friendly. Good consistency of the dishes. Good quality/price ratio.

Typical Piedmontese trattoria, not AIC certified but they assure to pay as much attention as possible to celiac customers. Most of the appetizers and main courses are cooked gluten-free by default; for the first courses, they have gluten-free pasta and you can choose some sauces. We also have a good selection of desserts, about half are gluten-free. The place is classy and the waiters are very kind and knowledgeable.
