An indescribably delicious experience! Very beautifully furnished and a true delight for the eyes and the palate… 100% gluten-free with an incredible selection of both sweet dishes and savory dishes… I rode across the city every day for a week for this food 😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻(I have celiac disease and I am very careful!)

great food with no risk of contamination. there is a lot of choice, bread, rotisserie, pastry, cookies, etc. but it is the most expensive gluten-free bar in Palermo.

I've been to Recupero Zero Gluten on two different occasions: the first time a week after it opened and then a week ago. The first few times, I tried everything, and I was especially amazed by the quality of the bread, which was soft and very similar to gluten-free bread. However, when I returned a week ago, on two different days, I found bread that wasn't at all as good as the one I'd had the first few weeks after opening. It wasn't soft, and it had a different taste and texture. Other baked goods and pastries were still as good as before. However, the bread is the main reason I preferred coming here during my time in Palermo, and finding this huge difference just a month later disappointed me and made me think the quality was only better when they opened to win over customers. I hope I'm wrong and find the same quality next time I'm in Palermo. I'm attaching photos of some of the products I purchased, which are delicious.

A very welcome addition to the city: finally a place that serves top-quality sweet and savory dishes, gluten-free, and with a strong focus on other intolerances, including dairy! The prices may be a little lower than other places, but the quality is truly top-notch. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended!

Gluten-free recovery is a great new option for Palermo's celiacs and lactose intolerant customers. Never had puff pastry and bread this good! The croissants are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, the toppings are delicious, and all the baked goods are lactose-free. The service is perfect; the lady serving is incredibly kind and helpful. The prices are slightly lower than other gluten-free bakeries and cafes in Palermo, but I'd be willing to pay more for higher quality! The only downside is the lack of tables, but they told us they'll provide them, and if you prefer, you can take the gluten-free items and eat them at the tables at the classic recovery cafe next door.
