I needed an ice cream cake, only ice cream, without chunks, nuts, etc... gluten-free and lactose-free. The owner was perfect, she fulfilled all my requests and the ice cream was spectacular. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

The cake was something spectacular, super delicious and well made. You can tell that high-quality products and raw materials were used, and even from the external appearance of the dessert, it is evident that the work is done with precision and dedication. The taste was truly exceptional, and you can't perceive any difference from "normal" sweets. This particular cake was composed of a sponge base, hazelnut ice cream and cream inside, with an external glaze adorned with chopped hazelnuts. I will definitely buy more in the future!

To surprise my husband, who is celiac, I bought the semifreddo from Gelatino with fiordilatte, pistachio crunch, and raspberry coating at the 'Romagna senza glutine' store in Cesena. Honestly, we have never eaten such a delicious semifreddo. The quality is top-notch, with layers that stay perfect even while you enjoy it. It's not the usual ice cream cake you find around. In short, it's of the highest level. Congratulations!

A SHOW!!!!!! I would have wanted to eat them all.... but I will return and try all the flavors sooner or later!!! Congratulations, finally a gluten-free ice cream parlor as it should be, where the ice cream really tastes like it says on the label!!! The Rochez is delicious; I've always longed to see others eat it!!! The staff is really nice and friendly. We will definitely meet again!!! The desserts also have their own reason.... I just regret living close by!
