Two stars for a simple reason (and not related to the ice cream): the owner is more focused on trying NOT to be paid with card/pos rather than on the customer's needs themselves. Absolutely intolerable, disgraceful, and paradoxical that at the register this lady huffs in annoyance when presented with a card payment method instead of cash. (by the way, she also got the size of the cone wrong, clearly having ordered a medium one, but then serving a small one) Has she perhaps forgotten that we are still under global pandemic threat and EVERYWHERE, in any commercial activity, card payments are being recommended and preferred? It is these details that make the difference for the customer, rather than the quality of the ice cream itself.
