Hotel with great advantages but left me with some doubts. I am celiac and chose it mainly for the gluten-free service offering. Good service, but to be 100% sure, there needs to be more precautions. The buffet should be separate to avoid contamination from other guests, or at least there shouldn't be bread nearby. For breakfast, if they offer homemade sweets, they should be fresh and of good quality; otherwise, it’s better to go with packaged options. The same goes for the savory breakfast buffet; I practically didn't touch it because it’s normal that other guests were wandering around with bread on their plates over ham and cheese. In short, gluten-free service was a fail (also because we received conflicting information about whether it was part of the AIC circuit or not). For the rest: excellent price for the average in Val di Fassa, very kind staff (the two waiters in the dining room were tireless and attentive), unbeatable position (a stone's throw from all services but a bit shielded from the road), very comfortable beds (although be careful, the basic room is too small, choose the superior one, and cleaning wasn't thorough), presence of a small wellness center. Overall, by improving services and cleaning, perhaps with some better management, it could be a hotel with great potential.

Before starting the holiday at this hotel, I was unsure about how I would find the food, since being celiac and lactose intolerant made me aware of the difficulties I could encounter by eliminating these two foods from the menu. Instead, I had to change my mind. I had a rich menu with options from appetizers to desserts, all for me. I was so happy not to feel different from the other guests, but that I could also choose what I liked to eat. I recommend it especially to those like me who have allergy and intolerance issues.

More or less central location with convenient car parking, ski resorts and equipment rental very close, easily reachable by ski bus but also on foot. Excellent and varied cuisine, exceptional service and attention to guests with gluten intolerance, well organized by a attentive maitre d' and a chef careful to satisfy all guests' needs. Spacious, clean rooms equipped with all comforts, very pleasant and relaxing spa with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and relaxation room, comfortable sky room. Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money.

We stayed at this hotel which pleasantly surprised us with the quality of the food offered, particularly the attention given to those who are celiac. Very kind and caring staff. The room was spacious, the environments were well-maintained and clean, but the real highlight was the spa: lovely and complete. We had a great time and will return.

Really comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great attention to gluten-free needs. An experience I am still living in a very positive way!
