We stayed at Hotel Alle Alpi during the week of Ferragosto, it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very kind, helpful, and well-prepared regarding gluten-free options. The food was delicious!! A special thanks to Claudio for making us feel completely at ease. Excellent services, from the spa to walks and evening events accompanied by the wonderful enthusiasm of Rossana. We will definitely return.

I think the strength of this hotel lies in its staff, from the welcome to the daily and evening entertainment offers. Excellent cuisine, especially for us who were looking for a good gluten-free restaurant. The facility also has a small pool/spa where you can relax. Definitely a place that makes you feel 'at home'. Congratulations to all of you!

Excellent experience! The dining staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about food intolerances. Wide selection of gluten-free dishes available every day. Top-notch entertainment: from morning excursions to post-dinner evenings.

We stayed from 5/8 to 12/8, the staff was all welcoming and always available, the cleanliness and order are exceptional, the cuisine is excellent, dishes crafted with mastery by their chef, who was attentive to my celiac problem, I had no issues. We also tried the wellness path; my only regret was not being able to go with Rossana, a delightful person full of energy who organized the paths, but unfortunately due to my health issues, we couldn't participate. Maybe next time. On the last day, we relied on Eleonora, who guided us on a path more suited to my abilities, she was excellent. What can I say about the waiters Domenico and Ana? They were always very nice and kind to us, making us feel at ease. The reception staff was truly very kind. In short, I believe that if we met people who have been clients for years, it means that the structure deserves a 10 and praise. Thank you again to everyone!

To review this hotel, you would need a book, given how many good things there are to highlight. Right from your arrival, you can immediately sense that the goals of this hotel are to ensure you have a completely relaxing stay surrounded by friendly staff. Wherever you find yourself—dining room, bar, rooms, wellness center—you will receive kindness, consideration, and genuine smiles rather than fake, forced ones. Here at the hotel, the tradition of gentle, discreet, and respectful hospitality toward guests, typical of the other mountain, has been maintained... all while surrounded by the best of modern technology and eco-friendly materials. Shall we talk about the cuisine? Eating well means that beyond a beautiful plate presentation and a lovely dining room warmed by wood tones... well, ultimately the most important thing is to eat healthily. Rest assured, cleanliness is prioritized in all areas, from rooms to the bar and from the kitchen to the wellness center in a meticulous manner. As for 'healthy' food, know that this establishment always seeks the best products on the market, favoring organic and local products like eggs when possible. The dishes are aesthetically well-presented, there is a wide choice on the menu, and if you have food intolerances, the chef will avoid those substances. Five stars for the buffet breakfast, where you will find a rich offering of food and drinks—there's truly something for every taste. Shall we talk about the rooms? Well, here, inside my room, which was actually a double room with two panoramic balconies, separated by a door since I was sleeping with my daughters, beyond the good taste of the decor, there was practically everything and more: two televisions, two hairdryers, slippers, bathrobes, two minibars, Wi-Fi, branded shampoo and shower gel, a cap for the shower or pool, comfortable beds, and more and more... even dust-proof covers for the remote controls. The rooms are scrupulously clean because the staff will do their utmost to never disturb you but always be attentive. In short, regarding the room where I slept, I say: Cleaning score 10, Aesthetics score 10 (mine with real wooden parquet), Accessories score 10. Shall we speak about the Wellness Center? Here, I won't elaborate because there's not enough space; I will just give the scores: 10 for hygiene and cleanliness, 10 for the staff, 10 for the ambiance, 10 for efficiency. For the rest, if I've piqued your curiosity, open your smartphone, type in the hotel's name, and enjoy the photos of the Wellness Center. I’d also like to mention that during the winter season, the hotel provides guests with a convenient ski bus that will take you to the slopes in just a few minutes if you prefer not to use your car. You can also directly book ski instructors affiliated with the hotel, and you’ll get discounts on ski and boot rentals, etc., especially for those staying in the hotel with children up to 15 years old, who will benefit from significant discounts on skipass prices for a minimum of 5 days, which I believe are around 50% off. And for families with multiple children, we’re talking about savings of hundreds of euros, not bad, right? ...I felt the need to write this review to commend the great effort of Patrizia and Maurizio to keep the hotel at the top of quality in all sectors, day after day.

We returned here after about 25 years and despite physiological changes in management, the relaxing atmosphere and hospitality have remained the foundation of everything! The cuisine is no less! It keeps getting better and is in tune with the times! Sophisticated yet traditional at the same time. Not to mention for those who deal with gluten-free! Here you truly find taste without compromise!! Remarkable, really remarkable! In short, we recommend it!

I have never loved the mountains, especially in winter, but after spending 4 days in this place, I would say I could define it magical; I intend to return. I am celiac and was able to find food of all kinds, tasting typical products and fairy-tale sweets. The attentive and kind staff, always aware of every need, managed to respond to every request comprehensively and kindly. I felt pampered from the first to the last moment, even in the management and cleanliness of the rooms, which were truly impeccable. It's a place I would call excellent for spending unforgettable moments. No less important is the location, from which you can directly access various huts through walks in picturesque places. One of the most beautiful vacations that I will never forget.
