Everything is wonderful and amazing... we stayed here for a week and my son who is celiac was able to eat his gluten-free version of everything we and the other children were having, from breakfast to dinner... very important... and very good

A wonderful Family Hotel, a true family. Very organized and always available for any request. Beautiful and always clean rooms. Exceptional entertainers. A rich and interesting weekly program for adults and children of all ages! Excellent cuisine (I have intolerances and I ate every dish adapted to my needs) and great service. We spent a week with our 5-year-old son who had a blast in a truly wonderful play area both outside and inside, and he decided to go on an excursion with his new friends and the entertainers. Moreover, I want to add that it is in the center of Vigo, just a short walk from the Catinaccio lifts and the town center.

Family with 2 daughters. We spent a week this summer in this wonderful hotel. Very beautiful and well-maintained facility. The hotel’s strengths are the services offered and the staff, truly competent, kind, and always super available to fulfill every request. More than a guest, you feel like part of a family. Excellent quality food. We also have a daughter with Celiac disease, and I can say that for the first time we found a facility that could offer our daughter exactly the same dishes that all the other children were eating, a true rarity! Those who have children with celiac disease can understand my words... my daughter was thus able to participate in all the activities organized by the hotel. So much so that when it was time to go home, my wife and I were moved. We will definitely come back to visit La Grotta!!

We are a family of 4, arrived for a skiing week in March, and we found a wonderful staff; we were pampered from beginning to end as if we were regular customers! We truly felt at home; in our group of friends, there is a celiac girl and I am vegetarian, and every day we found different options and special attention without even asking. The girls had a dream vacation, entertained by playing or having lessons with the instructors, I had a beautiful hike in the woods included in the price, massage (not included), spa with Turkish bath and sauna every day (included) and top-notch food! Congratulations to the chef too! Thank you so much, I hope to return soon! Highly recommended👌🏻

We stayed at this magnificent hotel unfortunately only for 5 days. Next year we will book earlier. La Grotta is an exceptional hotel in every way and has no rivals. The rooms (both themed ones with little animals and standard ones) are very functional, warm, welcoming, spacious, and clean. Bathrobes, slippers, and excellent body care and personal hygiene products are provided. The cuisine is amazing. I am celiac and have never eaten so well anywhere else. In the morning, I always find homemade cookies and treats (tarts - muffins) on the breakfast table, along with gluten-free cold cuts and cheeses. In the afternoon, a wooden box full of delicacies is delivered. Additionally, once a week there are crepes (also gluten-free). And there’s a spectacular mini club. Even the shyest child will find a way to participate, thanks to the wonderful entertainers, with 1000 activities each day... from farm trips to games on the lawn to crafts with Alina. A heartfelt thanks to this Big Family that welcomes all guests with a smile and loves the work they do so much that it transmits great joy to the guest. Not to forget all the staff who are truly exceptional and will give you an unforgettable vacation. Do not miss the excursions organized by the hotel!
