Very nice hotel, they do not have AIC certification or a separate kitchen but at the time of booking they assured me that every preparation was handled with care. Choosing half board, they always prepared something homemade for breakfast (pancakes, strudel, cakes) and for dinner the dishes that needed adjustments were modified accordingly.
