Recently managed by Venezuelans and Argentinians, they even have dishes from their cuisine. I stayed here with my gluten-free girlfriend and they know how to handle celiac disease; they made an excellent pasta alla norma for her. The next morning at breakfast, they offered homemade jams separately, cookies, pancakes, etc., all gluten-free. Very kind and attentive, even though the kitchen is shared for everyone, but it's a shame that they don't offer gluten-free options.
