no longer safe for celiacs, okay for intolerants but very risky for celiacs

In my opinion, the best gluten-free pizza within a 20 km radius!

Great gluten-free pizza (and lactose-free). I have gone back for 2 days in a row and the result has always met my expectations! The owner is very accommodating. In the coming days, I will return to try the gluten-free arancini!

I am gluten intolerant, I called to order a gluten-free pizza and requested it to be delivered to my home. After 15 minutes the pizza still hadn't arrived, I called the pizzeria and their response was “we're on the way.” After 40 MINUTES the pizza still hadn’t arrived, I called again and their response was “we're sorry, but we're on the road.” Moreover, while I was speaking and responding to them, they chose to hang up the phone, making fun of me. I have ordered pizza there before and it has always been dry, chewy, and hard to digest, but since I am gluten intolerant, I put up with it. Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional people. Highly unadvised!!!!

Gluten-free pizza Without infamy Without praise... More than anything, I was worried about the preparation! If there is a counter that says "here we prepare your gluten-free pizza" with an oven, fridge, and everything needed, why only keep the pre-cooked bases and then fill and bake the gluten-free pizza at the common workstation? Worrying organization... I'm not symptomatic and can't say for sure that pizza was contaminated, but when I saw it taken from the tray and put into the box, next to other regular pizzas, I was quite annoyed. I have worked inside a pizzeria kitchen, I know how far flour can go!

This is the third time they have messed up my pizza. I have repeated that I cannot eat mozzarella several times, and when I get home, I find it with mozzarella. I try to call and they don't answer. We only go back because it’s the only place in Mirandola that makes gluten-free pizza, but they are really disorganized.

Really good pizza, the waiting time is a bit too long, but the prices are very affordable and on top of that, they also make gluten-free pizzas that look just like the regular ones. I recommend this pizzeria to anyone, especially to those who are celiac.

Seriousness and correctness less than zero. I ordered a gluten-free pizza and it arrived normal....the worst part was when I called to ask for information and... THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE... Moreover, according to them, they didn't have time to deliver another pizza. If someone orders a gluten-free pizza, there must be a reason... I will no longer order any type of pizza here.

I ordered 5 pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. After delivery, I started to doubt whether the gluten-free pizza was actually gluten-free, as it was not marked in any way. I called and they confirmed that all the delivered pizzas contained gluten and that they had no time left to deliver the gluten-free one. I consider this behavior a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and honesty. They risked making someone very ill and didn't even try to make it right by delivering the correct one. You can close my case.
