The pizza is truly special as it is light and digestible, and the gluten-free one is unique! Since I discovered this pizzeria, it has become my favorite, also because of the absolutely kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended, especially for those with celiac disease as it is part of the AIC circuit.

Small pizzeria but the quality of the products is truly high. The pizza is good, with fresh and quality ingredients. The service is excellent and well-maintained. The value for money is really great. The only downside is the wait time. Other than that, I recommend it.

We had dinner with 7 adults + 3 children. The environment was warm and welcoming. A classic "old-style" pizzeria. The waitresses were quick and precise. Compliments to the staff and the pizza was good. Although... they were all quite watered down, perhaps also due to the thinness; the pizza was perhaps too thin and loaded with toppings. The dough was very good, prices were normal, and there was a wide selection on the menu. The place has benches that can sometimes be uncomfortable and our tables wobbled. There was little space to pass through. La Botte remains a good point of reference.

Absolutely delicious pizza! I’m in Palermo and when I crave a real pizza, I go to Misilmeri. I’ve been visiting this place for over a year and I wouldn’t change it for any other pizzeria in Palermo. Excellent quality products, top dough, super tasty mozzarella, and the GLUTEN FREE pizza is just as good. STAFF AND PERSONNEL ARE AMAZING. Highly recommended!

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten in all these years of "gluten-free". Pizzeria discovered by chance, too bad I don't live nearby... I can still remember the smell of that unforgettable pizza. I'll be back.

Shameful, I ordered the pizza at 5:00 PM and they left the kids without food until 10:15 PM. Never have I had such an experience. First and last time, terrible experience; if I could, I would give zero stars.

Eating at the restaurant of the world champion pizzaiolo is not just an honor, it's a pleasure. There's no need to describe the goodness of the pizzas, a wide selection of pizzas made strictly with local whole flours and also for celiacs. I will return as soon as possible. It was truly a nice and pleasant surprise to enjoy such a good pizza, from the dough—which includes whole wheat flour—to the quality toppings and wood-fired cooking. Another lovely surprise for me was being able to savor the mozzarella on the pizza, because I am lactose intolerant, and the pizzeria offers lactose-free mozzarella. Additionally, the tomato is seasoned without pepper, which I greatly appreciate. The place is small but welcoming and clean; it's good to make a reservation. The staff is kind and professional, and the prices are reasonable. Definitely worth trying!

Delicious pizza for its unique dough and excellent ingredients, stratospheric gluten-free pizza that made my daughter wonder if they had swapped it with a normal one 😂, but yellow plate = gluten-free pizza... friendly and efficient staff, the price is also fair... thank you, we will gladly return to the tavern and recommend it to friends, especially those with celiac disease.
